I've never made bread outside of my bread maker or without a box mix to follow so imagine my delight when this bread was perfectly moist and delicious! Another difference between mine and Maggie's is that mine took nearly 3 hours on high in my crock pot, I don't know why, maybe the changes I made to the recipe? Nonetheless, it's worth a try!
